In actual marine product manufacturing, we apply processes such as Furan Casting, Sand Casting, and Lost Wax Casting according to different product structures, material requirements, precision levels, and production needs.

Furan Casting is suitable for producing larger and structurally complex marine components. It provides good mold strength and dimensional stability, making it ideal for components such as pump bodies, housings, and other parts that require strength and consistent casting quality.

Sand Casting is widely used for marine hardware parts that require flexibility in size, shape, and material selection. This process is suitable for various pumps, impellers, and related components, especially when customized designs or medium-to-large parts are required.

Lost Wax Casting is used for marine components that require higher dimensional accuracy, finer details, and better surface finish. It is suitable for precision parts, smaller marine hardware components, and products with more complex shapes or strict appearance requirements.
